Pricing & Payment
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) but exclusive of delivery costs.
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard & VISA) or direct bank deposits (New Zealand customers only).
Availability
Although availability may be indicated, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We will contact you immediately if the goods you have ordered are not available and refund your payment if you cannot find a suitable replacement.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Online Process
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.
You will receive an email from us when your order has been confirmed.
Return & Exchange
All returns must be sent within 10 days from which shipment is received.
All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to hello@hellogod.co.nz within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed) with the printed receipts when returned. Hello God is not responsible for shipping charges for returns.
Privacy & Security
Hello God collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances.
We will never ask you to email us your credit card information. NEVER send your credit card information to us via email.
Shipping Information
Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 3 working days of the order upon receiveing the payment. Orders should be received by customer within 7 working days. If you have any questions regarding an order that has been placed please email hello@hellogod.co.nz . You will receive an email from us when your order has been confirmed.
All New Zealand parcels will be shipped via NZ Courier Post.
International shipments are shipped using NZ Post International Economy Courier and generally take 6-14 working days after your payment has been confirmed
Hello God Online Store has is not responsible for any customs or duty charges on items shipped internationally.

For orders that are under $100 shipping NZ$6.50
